In addition to her primary work with the NFL Program for Substances of Abuse, Dr. Kraft has provided consultation and training services to the NFL Player Engagement Department, the NFL Rookie Symposium, individual NFL teams, NCAA football teams, the NBA, the NHL, and various public agencies and private organizations.

    Assist with daily operations of CSUMB’s Athletic Department as well as serve as university’s Title IX Deputy responsible for Sexual Harassment/Misconduct training and reporting. Selected as the CCAA Softball Liaison for the conference, oversee NCAA Compliance and Academic Support programs for student-athletes, coordinate National Letter of Intent (NLI) while also overseeing department’s scholarship disbursement process, responsible for compiling and submitting all NCAA reporting, successfully guided institution through NCAA ISS (Institutional Self-Study), lead Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (S.A.A.C.), coordinate Alcohol Awareness training for Coaches and Student Athletes, work intimately with Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, Housing and various departments on a daily basis while participating on various campus-wide committees.
